One time succeed is enough
A person has been experienced thousand and nine (1009) times of failure is his life. But he said that: “one time succeed is enough”
Five years old- His father, Wilbur David Sanders suddenly died without leave any property to them. Since that his mother worked and he was required to cook for his family and take care of his younger siblings.
Twelve years old- His mother remarried. He ran away from home because his stepfather beat him.
Fourteen years old- He was dropped out of school and began the vagrant life.
Sixteen years old- He enlisted in the Army as a private by lying about his age. However he has sent back to his hometown
in advance because he had seasick during the sailing.
Eighteen years old- He has married to someone but few months later his wife sells off his property and run away to her parent’s home
Twenty years old- He worked many jobs, including electric man, steamboat pilot, railroad fireman but among the jobs he is not satisfied and not smooth.
Thirty years old- As insurance salesmen in an insurance company but fall out with the boss of incentives matters.
Thirty one years old- He earns his law degree from Southern University and became a lawyer. His law career ended when he physically fought a client in the courtroom.
Thirty two years old- He is unemployed and his life is hard.
Thirty five years old- misfortune hit him again, when he was driving pass through a bridge, the steel cable was break apart, then he and his car were fall into the river and experiences personally serious wound and cannot work as tire salesman anymore.
Forty years old- He opened a gas service station in a town. He was hitting his competitors because of the matters of hand up the shingle.
Forty seven years old- He divorced with Josephine King and leaves three children very unhappily.
Sixty one years old- He campaigned as senator but ended up lost in the election.
Sixty five years old- He was broke because the government has built a new highway that bypassed his Corbin store, causing the sale price to plummet.
Sixty six years old- Living off of Social Security, he took his cooker and his spices and traveled to restaurants to convince them to pay him to use his recipe.
Seventy five years old- He sold his brand but continued to work as the spokesman for Kentucky Fried Chicken. His new boss suggested giving him ten thousand of shares as part of company purchase, but he rejected. End up that company share is rise and he has lost the opportunity to become billionaire.
Eighty three years old- He sued Heublein Inc. (the KFC parent company at the time) over alleged misuse of his image in promoting products he had not helped develop.
Eighty eight years old- Finally he won and succeeds. Whole the world recognized his brand name.
He, was the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Harland Sanders.
He said: “ Many people keep blaming the weather is not good, actually is not the weather not good. As long as oneself mood is optimistic and confident, then everyday is good weather.”
